TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR MODEM ROUTER :
- Problem 1 :- Login page does not appear If you are getting an error message such as page cannot be displayed or DNS error, check if your computer network adapter ipv4 is checked on obtain an ip address automatically from Modem/Router. Disable any active firewall or anti virus such as Kaspersky, Norton, Avast, Eset Nod 32 anti virus or any other firewall protection.
