TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR MODEM ROUTER :
  • Problem 1 :- Login page does not appear If you are getting an error message such as page cannot be displayed or DNS error, check if your computer network adapter ipv4 is checked on obtain an ip address automatically from Modem/Router. Disable any active firewall or anti virus such as Kaspersky, Norton, Avast, Eset Nod 32 anti virus or any other firewall protection. Under Basic > Wireless Settings > You can find your wireless password. NOTE :- In case of new TpLink Modem / Router you can find the network name SSID and wireless password on the product lable itself.
  • Problem 5 :- How to fix your Internet connection in case ADSL led is not stable. Check if all the Ethernet cables are connected properly. Login to your TpLink Modem / Router page using http://tplinkmodem.net Under Advanced > Network > DSL Settings > change DSL modulation type to ADSL-2 Try removing ADSL splitter directly and connect modem / router to the phone jack, and Try reconfiguring the modem / router again.
